The Value of Volunteers

100% Volunteer-Run Nonprofit Organization

FLOC (For Love of Children, Inc.) serves well over 12,000 children annually in southwestern Ohio. 100% volunteer based, we offer programming and resources to children who are abused, neglected, in foster care, and those in need of community resource.

Our Story

Learn more about FLOC and what we do

FLOC began servicing area children in 1980, and has grown into an industry of volunteers who are passionate about caring for children who are neglected and abused, children in foster care and children in need of community resource. Our new administrative offices opened in the fall of 2011. Located at the Talbott Tower, we have over 4500 square feet of space in which to offer our services to the children in need in the greater Dayton area.
